Enterprise gamification was stale, relying on uninspired, static leaderboards that failed to actually motivate sales teams. Arcade needed a complete product and brand overhaul to transform standard KPI tracking into a deeply immersive experience. By architecting a new UX driven by real game mechanics and leading a bold visual strategy, we built a platform that drove investor confidence, increased the Series A valuation by $3M, and opened the door to entirely new industries.
